Welcome to TEAM UP

  1. We’re happy you found our website — TEAM UP is an in-service staff development project for grade-level and content area teachers serving English Learners. During the past 10 years, thanks to funding from the US Department of Education, TEAM UP has provided intensive, long-term staff development to teachers. Part of our mission was to disseminate to other educators the work that we have done to introduce teachers to the wonderful strengths and exciting challenges their English Learners bring to the classroom. Look around! There are lots of resources — printed materials, websites, the agendas for all of our workshops, and opportunities to comment and ask questions. Read more about it below…
